Krinto is a family business, we are specializing in making one-of-a-kind, vintage, traditional authentic and trendy decorative pillows. We believe that our homes should be filled with harmony, bliss and love. We love to create top quality and unique accent pillows that can stay for a long time and become valuable decor pieces in our client's homes.
We love to work with different textiles from all around the globe made by talented artisans such as African Mudcloth, Vintage European grain sacks, Indigo, Hmong, Indian textiles. We also making pillows from designer textiles from the United States, United Kingdom and India. All our pillows are produced here, in California by us.
We believe that surrounding yourself with beautiful textiles that will stand the test of time will always make you feel like home.

Return & Exchange Policy
▪ Custom orders, discounted merchandise including items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, & pillow inserts are final sale.
▪ All returns & exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee (tax applicable). Restocking fees are common practice for a small, handmade business. This fee covers the costs of materials used & time spent in preparing the order for shipment as well as the cost to ship the order to the buyer.
▪ Merchandise must be returned in new condition & in original packaging. Items must be unused & free of odor and/or pet hair. If missing original packaging, altered, washed, damaged, etc., the return will be denied & the buyer will need to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to them.
Return & Exchange Policy Cont'd
▪ Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 3 days will be denied. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. If the return is not postmarked within 7 days, the refund will not be issued and the buyer will need to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to them.
▪ The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange including the cost of shipping merchandise back to Krinto.com and/or the cost to ship new merchandise in the case of an exchange.
▪ All returns require approval before shipping. Once approved, returns are to be shipped to the following address:

Pillow covers are to be used for decorative purposes only. Pillow covers are dry clean only.
Pillow inserts are machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
Color Disclaimer
Please also note, that while we make every effort to be sure that our pillows are photographed and edited to accurately depict and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor and phone will display the exact color of the merchandise.
Incorrect Address or Change of Address
Please carefully enter and review your address when placing your order. If you become aware of a problem with your address, contact me as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, there is time to fix the error. If the order has been dispatched, it is not our responsibility to recover the merchandise and we cannot refund the buyer. If, by good fortune, the merchandise is returned to Krinto, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay re-shipping fees.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations after 24 hours.
